Krista’s Weekly Photo Challenge asks us to share a photo that says “twist” to us. According to her, twist “might be that perfect ice cream cone, a yummy bit of liquorice, or something unexpected that surprised, shocked, or startled you.”
In my case, all of these things had me either do a double take or made me smile. Enjoy!
I smiled as I sat down at a Long Island Mexican restaurant and saw the plumbing providing the lightning in our cozy little corner. A wonderful and creative twist to turning on the lights – literally and figuratively!
The wheels on the bus goes round and … er.. never mind… Nevertheless this is still a fun way to go to school.
Imagine driving all the way down to south Jersey to see the Statue of Liberty in an unexpected location. No lines or boat ride were needed to appreciate her. And it was free!
This cube of soap in my nephew’s bathroom was so nice I opted to wash my hands with another soap instead!
And finally a creative and fashionable twist to the Union Jack flag. If I was a rail thin British bloke I would totally rock this vest!
Love the lamp! LOL
