Weekly Photo Challenge: Peaceful

This World War II cemetery and memorial in Colleville-sur-Mer in Normandy, France was truly one of the most peaceful places I’ve ever visited. It was a beautiful, clear summer day and the tranquility and solemnity¬† of it all made a memorable impression on me. Biltmore Providence and my iPhone 4s

I just recently got back from a business trip in Providence, RI. It was my first visit to this beautiful city and I wanted to take some great pictures in between my visits to the local schools. Unfortunately a few shots in, my battery died on my Canon G12! I was so upset. Having no other equipment, I decided to take some shots with the iPhone 4s.
